Refund policy

SHIPPING:
--Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.
--Our shipping program will email you tracking when your label prints.
--Insurance is not included, if you want to add to your package please let us know prior to paying your invoice.
--PLEASE be really careful opening your packages, do not use a scissors!!

RETURN POLICY
--Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of sale. No refunds. This applies to all regular price clothing. All other items are FINAL SALE. Item must be in new condition with tag attached and free from odors, pet hair, stains, etc. (please email shop@freedomroadfashion.com).
--Due to the volume of messages, I do not respond to private messages as things get missed this way.
--Customer pays shipping costs.
